If you submit a request online, you will receive confirmation and scheduling information right away. We value responsiveness because your time matters.
We schedule an in-person visit to walk your space together. During this walkthrough, Nathan listens carefully to what you want. We talk about scope, surfaces, prep needs, finishes, and expectations.
If something needs attention before painting, we address it upfront.
Once we finish the walkthrough, Nathan builds your estimate on site. He usually steps out to the truck for 15 to 30 minutes to prepare a clear, detailed proposal.
Then we sit down and review it together. There is no vague pricing. No “we’ll figure it out later.” You know exactly what is included.
About two thirds of customers move forward right then. If you need time to think it over, that is completely fine. We follow up professionally without pressure.
Once approved, we place your project on the schedule and confirm your start date.
You receive reminders leading up to the job. If it is an exterior project and weather becomes a factor, we communicate early and clearly. We would rather adjust timing than compromise quality.
Interior jobs are scheduled efficiently and with minimal disruption to your daily life.
Prep determines the result. We do not skip it.
For interiors, that means protecting floors, furniture, and surrounding areas. We handle nail holes, minor wall repairs, and surface corrections before applying finish coats.
For exteriors, we assess moisture exposure, failing caulk lines, peeling areas, and problem spots that need attention before painting begins.
Good prep is what separates a clean, lasting finish from a rushed one.
